Insurance Claims Process
With almost a decade of experience working closely with the nation’s top insurance carriers, Core Exteriors knows how to handle your claim from start to finish. As the homeowner, you need representation from a highly qualified contractor when dealing with your insurance company. Our knowledge and experience ensures your payout covers all the repairs needed to your home after a storm or other qualifying event.
We understand how frustrating the home repair process can be, so we’re here to make the process as simple and pain free as possible.
When you work with Core Exteriors, getting a new roof is as easy as 1-2-3-4:
Step 1: Schedule an inspection with one of Core Exteriors’ Storm Damage Experts
Our team will come out to your house to inspect the storm damage when it’s convenient for you. You don’t even have to be home during the inspection. We’ll discuss the results of our inspection with you in detail so you understand exactly what your options are.
Step 2: File an insurance claim with your carrier
Your storm damage expert will walk you through the claim filing process during the inspection. Although it typically only takes about five minutes to file a claim, having an experienced team on your side helps make the process even easier. We’ll even help you figure out exactly when the storm damage occurred.
Step 3: Your insurance carrier inspects your home for damage
We highly recommend having one of our qualified contractors present during your home inspection with the insurance company. Our storm damage experts will do a thorough walkthrough of your home’s exterior with the insurance adjuster to ensure no damages are missed during inspection. Two sets of eyes are always better than one, and remember that our set of eyes is on your side.
Step 4: Project build and final walk-through
Once the paperwork from the insurance company is complete, we will restore your home to better than new condition with the highest quality materials. When the build is complete, we send the final invoice to the insurance carrier and they cut you the final payment for your home repairs. We do all the work except cash the check!
